Check out the changes to the Tennessee New Hire Reporting Program.
Effective January 16th, 2007, the mailing address to mail New Hire reports and New Hire diskettes is:

All current mail will be forwarded automatically from the old mailing address.
Effective July 18, 2001, the date of hire is now a required data element that all employers must include when submitting their new hire information (Senate Bill 1668, substituted for House Bill 1391, chpt. 447 Section 9 pertaining to the Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 36-5-1102).

For security reasons, employers must now register one time to be able to upload a file or report new hires on-line.
